We purchased a 1910 home in Ballard which was last updated in 1940. Needless to say we have some work ahead of us to update this beautiful home. Here is where we can keep family and friend up to date on what is happening.

Master Bedroom Demo
Hidden behind the ceiling was an additional 12" of ceiling height!
We also found wood walls in the entire house! They are making demo much harder and longer then we expected.
